Returns & Refund Policy

EPR Motorsports – Everest Performance & Racing

We want our customers to be confident when purchasing from EPR Motorsports. This Returns & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our online store.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept eligible change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

The item must be unused, uninstalled and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging where applicable.
The item must not show signs of installation, use, damage or modification.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
You must contact EPR Motorsports before returning the item.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us.

Items Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns

Unless faulty or otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns for:

Special-order or specifically sourced products
Custom-made or modified components
Products that have been installed, fitted or used
Electrical or electronic components that have been installed or connected
ECU, tuning or calibration-related products once used, programmed or activated
Products damaged through incorrect installation, misuse or modification
Clearance or final-sale products where clearly identified as such before purchase

This does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged product, please contact EPR Motorsports as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos or video where appropriate
Any other information reasonably required to assess the issue

We may need to inspect or test the product before determining the appropriate remedy.

Where a product is faulty, defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances and whether the failure is major or minor.

EPR Motorsports will not charge a customer return-shipping costs where we are legally responsible for those costs.

Installation & Compatibility

Customers are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for their vehicle, engine, application and intended use before installation.

If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact EPR Motorsports before purchasing or installing the product.

Damage caused by incorrect installation, improper use, incorrect tuning, modification, abuse, motorsport use outside the manufacturer's intended application, or failure to follow manufacturer installation requirements may not be covered by a product warranty.

Nothing in this section excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will advise you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank, card provider or payment provider to make the refunded funds available.

Exchanges

If you have ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange it, please contact us before returning the product.

Change-of-mind exchange requests remain subject to the eligibility requirements in this policy.

Any difference in product price and applicable shipping charges may need to be paid before the replacement product is dispatched.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.

Where Australian Consumer Law gives you rights that are more favourable than the terms of this policy, your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply.
